I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and love combining that experience with Pilates. My classes are relaxed, friendly and suitable for a range of abilities, with exercises adapted to suit you where needed.
Whether you're completely new to Pilates, returning to exercise or managing an existing problem, my aim is to help you build strength, stability and confidence in the way you move.

“I can't say enough great things about my experience with Jessie! As someone in my 60s, I was looking for a fitness routine that would keep me on my feet. Despite my skepticism Pilates turned out to be a fantastic place to keep fit and make some great friends.”
