Pure Balance Pilates

Welcome

Hi, I’m Jessica, and thank you for your interest in joining my Pilates classes.

I'm a qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience. My journey started at Coventry University, and now, I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, focusing on hand and wrist conditions.

For the past decade, I've been teaching Pilates, initially in Reading and now in Swindon, where I live with my husband and two children. I love how Pilates blends seamlessly with my physiotherapy background, promoting overall wellness.

In my classes, I keep things relaxed and easy-going. I'll tailor exercises to your needs, offering support for any medical concerns while helping you build strength and stability. If you would like to hear more please do not hesitate to get in touch.

  • Why Pilates?

Pilates is a whole-body workout that helps with core strength, flexibility, and being aware of your body. It's good for your posture, reduces stress, and helps you relax. People of any age or fitness level can do it because it's gentle. It's a safe way to get stronger, more flexible, and healthier overall.

  • Injury and Rehabilitation

Pilates is excellent for healing and preventing injuries, improving mobility, reducing pain, and making daily movements easier. Whether recovering from injury or preventing future issues, Pilates is a gentle yet effective way to improve and move well.

“I can't say enough great things about my experience with Jessie! As someone in my 60s, I was looking for a fitness routine that would keep me on my feet. Despite my skepticism Pilates turned out to be a fantastic place to keep fit and make some great friends.”
