In each block, we focus on building upon the foundations laid in the previous sessions, to ensure continuous progress. From strengthening core muscles to enhancing flexibility and body awareness, our sessions are tailored to meet your evolving needs.

Following the completion of each block, we offer a recovery week, allowing your body to rest and rejuvenate before embarking on the next phase of your journey. During this time, we encourage self-care practices and reflection to optimize your physical and mental well-being.

Additionally, we understand the importance of breaks throughout the year. We provide a summer break and Christmas break to allow you to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.
